Compare the same dimensions
A 22-by-22-inch pad and a 34-by-28-inch pad should not be treated as equivalent simply because both are sold by the pad.
Calculate price per pad
Divide package price by the number of disposable pads. Use the combined count for multipacks.
Check construction
Layer count, absorbency, quick-dry surfaces, leakproof backing, attractant, and adhesive tabs can affect how many pads are actually needed.
